The hammer crusher consists of a box, rotor, hammer head, impact
liner, screen plate, etc.
In a hammer crusher, the main working part is a rotor with a hammer
(also called hammer head). It is crushed by the striking,
impacting, shearing and grinding action of the hammers moving at
high speed. In the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate,
and the particles smaller than the size of the sieve hole in the
crushed material will be discharged through the sieve plate. The
hammer crusher is suitable for crushing minerals of various brittle
materials. The crushed materials are coal, salt, baiya, gypsum,
alum, brick, tile, limestone, etc. The compressive strength of the
hammer crusher material is not more than 100 MPa and the humidity
is not more than 15%. The hammer crusher can be used as crushing
equipment for materials such as stone crushing, stone crushing,
mining crushing, plastic crushing, garbage crushing, etc.
Hammer crusher is suitable for medium and fine crushing of medium
hardness materials such as limestone, slag, coke, coal, etc. in

Installation test run
1. Before installation, the terrain can be selected according to
the source of raw materials.

the feeder and transport equipment to determine.
3. The motor should be placed in the opposite direction to the
feeder.
4. The position of electrical equipment is convenient for use.
5. Before the test run, you should first check whether the
fasteners are completely solid.
6. Check whether metal objects or other non-breakable debris fall
into the body of the machine.
7. Check whether the bearing inside the appropriate lubricant.
8. Rotate the rotor by hand, see if it is normal, there is no
friction phenomenon, if confirmed for the movement of no
obstruction, before the empty start, after half an hour test drive
no noise, no swing, bearing temperature rise does not exceed 30 ℃
when you can carry out a load test drive.
