The main components are technologically advanced: the reducer gear is made of herringbone shaped alloy steel, which has characteristics such as continuous teeth and no oil leakage. The spiral is made of special alloy steel material, effectively extending its service life. This machine has a large extrusion flow rate, high extrusion efficiency, high load-bearing capacity, convenient operation, low energy consumption, low noise, compact structure, and stable performance. It is a forming supporting equipment for producing clay boards, split bricks, roof tiles, and clay bricks.

Compact vacuum extruder is the main molding equipment for producing solid bricks. The gearbox gears of the main engine are specially made of wear-resistant alloy materials and cast in one go, effectively extending their service life. It connects the upper and lower parts in a sealed series, and the crushed mud is stirred and extruded by the first superior. It enters the vacuum chamber and the air in the mud is extracted from the vacuum chamber, which is then spiral extruded by the subordinate to form a smooth and dense surface of the mud strip.
